Men's Bowling Finishes 14th at Eagles Classic

(LEXINGTON, Ky.) - The Thomas More College men's bowling team finished 14th today (Saturday, February 6, 2016) at the Eagles Classic at the Eastland Lanes in Lexington, Kentucky.

The Saints had 4,265 points in the tournament as they had 2,937 during regulation games and 1,328 in Baker games.

In regulation play, Thomas More was led by freshman Eric Dobias (Lexington, Ky./Tates Creek), who had a 158 average with a team-high 195 in game four and freshman Jake Giuliano (Hamilton, Ohio/Badin) with a 158 average with a game-high 187 in game four.  Junior Jimmy Kelley (California, Ky./Bishop Brossart) had a 147 average with a game-high 161 in game five and freshman Zack Duke (Centerville, Ohio/Archbishop Alter) had a 124 average with a game-high 157 in game four.

In Baker games, the Saints had a 111 average in the three four-game blocks.

Thomas More returns to action tomorrow (Sunday, February 7) when competes in the Norse Classic hosted by Northern Kentucky University at the Super Bowl in Erlanger, Kentucky.
