Allyson was a four-year letter winner at Reading High School where she ran for Coach Ronda Eisenhard ... as a sophomore was a regional qualifier in the 4x200 race, and as a senior was Runner of the Meet at the Deer Park Invitational, placing first at the meet.
(2014) In the Indoor events, Allyson ran a season's best in the 60m race with a time of 9.26 seconds at the AU Easter Invitational... 31.03 seconds in the 200m race at the Depauw Indoor Classic, and 10.62 second time in the 60m hurdle race at the PAC Indoor Track&Field Championships. In the Outdoor events, Allyson ran a seasons best in the 100m hurdle race with a time of 19.35seconds and in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:18.95 at the DePauw Outdoor Invitational.
(2015) In the outdoor events, Allyson finished in the top 10 at PAC Track & Field Championships for both 100H and 400H with a run of 17.78 and 1:13.26... in the indoor events, she ran a 10.65 for the 60H at the PAC indoor Track & Field Championships.
(2016) In the outdoor events, Allyson ran a career best in the 100H with a time of 17.18 seconds...In the indoor events, Allyson ran a career best in the 60m dash with a time of 9.03 seconds, 200m dash with a time of 30.05 seconds, 400m dash with a time of 1:08.26, and 60H with a time of 10.60 seconds...Allyson finished eighth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:15.16 in the PAC Outdoor Championship.
(2017) During the PAC Indoor Championship, she finished fifth in the 60H with a time of 10.26 seconds and ran on the distance medley relay that finished eighth ... During the outdoor season, she ran her season best in the 100H (17.33 seconds) at the PAC Outdoor Championship and the 400H (1:12.32) at the Grizzly Invitational.
